Odal strictly adheres to Google's Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are clearly explained and visible within the Odal app interface.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to operate and improve the app, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Odal does not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

Additionally, we do not allow human access to this data unless:

• We have the user’s explicit consent,

• It is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse),

• Required to comply with applicable laws, or

• It is used for internal operations under strict confidentiality and data security obligations.
