Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of data associated with their Odal account and connected integrations.

How to request data deletion

To request deletion of your data from Odal, email hello@odal.io with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your account email address
  • Your workspace or company name (if applicable)
  • Whether you want full account deletion or partial deletion of specific data

What happens after your request

We will verify your identity or authority to make the request, then process deletion in line with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

  • Primary account and service data is deleted within 30 days after request confirmation
  • Limited encrypted backups may retain data for a short period before secure overwrite
  • Where legally required, some records may be retained for compliance and audit purposes

Connected platform data

If you connected ad platforms (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads), disconnecting integrations in Odal stops future syncs. You can also revoke Odal access directly from each platform's account permissions settings.
