Odal is provided by BRIGHT BRAND HOLDINGS LTD (trading as The Bright Brand and Odal), company number 15918777, registered office 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
Odal is a SaaS CRM and attribution platform for agencies and lead generation businesses, including contact, company, and deal management, website form tracking, ad platform integrations, cross-channel reporting, and revenue attribution.
Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and use Odal on behalf of a business or other legal entity. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and API credentials
- Ensuring account details are accurate and up to date
- All activity performed through your account and workspace
- Managing user access and permissions within your organization
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Odal for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the platform
- Probe or bypass security controls
- Use automated methods that exceed reasonable usage or API limits
- Use Odal in a way that violates third-party rights or platform terms
Ad platform integrations and OAuth authorization
By connecting integrations, you authorize Odal to access your connected accounts via OAuth for the limited purpose of retrieving campaign and performance data on your behalf from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
You represent that you have the authority and permissions necessary to connect and use those accounts. Odal is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms, including API availability, terms updates, or rate limits.
Google API Services compliance
Use of Google API data in Odal is subject to Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements. Google Ads data accessed via API is used only to provide and improve Odal's user-facing service functionality and is not used for unrelated advertising or data resale.
Tracking script responsibilities
If you install Odal tracking script on your websites, you are responsible for implementing appropriate cookie consent mechanisms and privacy disclosures for your visitors in line with applicable laws (including UK GDPR, PECR, and relevant ePrivacy obligations).
Data ownership and license
You retain ownership of your data. You grant Odal a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
Third-party platform terms
You must comply with the terms and policies of any third-party services connected to Odal, including advertising platforms, identity providers, and analytics tools.
Intellectual property
Odal, including software, documentation, design, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by BRIGHT BRAND HOLDINGS LTD and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Fees and plan changes
Paid features may require an active subscription. Pricing, usage limits, and renewal terms are presented during signup or in account settings. We may update plans or pricing with reasonable notice where required.
Disclaimer of warranties
Odal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and accuracy/completeness of third-party data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRIGHT BRAND HOLDINGS LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability in connection with Odal will not exceed the fees paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BRIGHT BRAND HOLDINGS LTD from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or platform terms.
Termination and suspension
Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach, security risk, or unlawful use.
After termination, customer data will be retained for up to 30 days to allow controlled offboarding and then deleted, subject to legal retention obligations and limited encrypted backup cycles.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Changes to these Terms and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be communicated through the platform, by email, or by publishing an updated effective date on this page.
