How does the 14-day start work?

On a monthly plan, Starter is a one-off £3.50 and Team is a one-off £5.99, charged to your card at signup. That covers the first 14 days, including every ad platform and offline conversions, plus an AI setup assistant with a set allowance that builds your CRM (fields, stages, pipeline and tags) from your website. The fee is not taken off the first month, and it is not refunded or credited. From day 15, Starter is £30 a month and Team is £60 a month. Cancel before day 15 and nothing more is charged.

What is the difference between Starter and Team?

Starter is a complete CRM for up to 5 people: contacts, companies, deals and pipeline, with the Odal tag recording where every lead came from, form capture, Calendly bookings and the reports dashboard for one ad platform. Team is for up to 25 people and connects Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn together, with offline conversions that send closed deals back to them.

What are offline conversions?

When a lead becomes a customer in Odal, we send that result back to Google, Meta and Microsoft against the click that brought them in. The ad platforms then optimise towards people who actually buy, not just people who fill in a form.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed in GBP, monthly or annually. On a monthly plan, Starter is a one-off £3.50 for the first 14 days, then £30 a month, and Team is a one-off £5.99 for the first 14 days, then £60 a month. The 14-day fee is not taken off the first month. Annual billing is £250 a year for Starter and £500 a year for Team, charged up front, without the 14-day start. You can move from Starter to Team at any time from your workspace settings.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel before day 15 and nothing more is charged. After that, cancel from your workspace settings any time and you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees, ever.

Do you offer refunds?

The 14-day fee is charged at signup and is not refunded or credited. Cancel before day 15 and the monthly price is not charged. After that, we don't offer refunds on partial months.
